Honey-almond spread with coconut bites

coconut oat truffles

Ingredients
1 ½  cup of oats
1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 cup of little-donkey honey spread with almonds
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until smooth (about 2 minutes on high).
Roll into small balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle the top of the balls with more unsweetened shredded coconut.
Place the sheet in the freezer for 5-10 minutes and serve.
