Ingredients
6 Chicken breasts
3/4 cup Little Donkey Thyme honey
3/4 cup Mustard
2 tsp dried Thyme
Salt
Instructions
Put the chicken breasts in a baking pan, sprayed with olive oil.
Stir together all the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, cover it and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
Bake at 180 C for 1 hour. Serve it with wild rice and vegetables.
